Lawrence Simon, a co-founder, is President of Ivy Asset Management Corp.

in accounting.
Mr. Simon was employed as a staff accountant at Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon & Co. (later known as Spicer & Oppenheim) until 1970.
In 1970, he co-founded Wall St. Concepts, Inc. ("Concepts"), which provided the STAR* system, a computerized investment securities recordkeeping and performance measurement system.
In 1980, Concepts was acquired by the Monchik-Weber Corp.
("Monchik"), a computer services and consulting firm to the financial services industry.
Mr. Simon served as Vice President - Corporate Development and Acquisitions for Monchik.
Subsequently Monchik was acquired by McGraw-Hill.
