Mr. Lester T.
Rich, CFA, is Equity Portfolio Manager at The Swarthmore Group, Inc. He joined The Swarthmore Group in 2015.
He has more than thirty years of experience in the investment industry.
Prior to joining The Swarthmore Group, Mr. Rich was a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and founding member of StoneRidge Investment Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for the Energy, Industrials and Materials sectors across all market capitalizations.
Prior to StoneRidge, Mr. Rich was a member of the equity investment team with Meridian Investment Company where he performed similar duties.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Pension Advisory Committee for West Whiteland Township and is a member of the Finance Committee at For Pete’s Sake.
Mr. Rich is a High Honors graduate with an M.S.
degree in Investment Management from Pace University and he holds a B.A.
degree in Business Administration from Rutgers College.
He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
