Mackenzie Financial Corp. (dba Mackenzie Investments) is a Canadian asset management firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The firm was founded in 1967 and is a direct subsidiary of Mackenzie, Inc., ultimately held by Power Corp. of Canada (TSE: POW). Mackenzie Investments provides discretionary investment advisory services to Canadian mutual funds, such as exchange-traded funds, Separately Managed Accounts, and one closed-end fund listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Portico Investment Management (Portico) is a Canadian investment advisor headquartered in London, Ontario. The firm is a subsidiary of GLC Asset Management Group Ltd., ultimately owned by Power Financial Corp. of Canada (TSE: POW). In 2011, Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life brought together three Canadian investment management subsidiaries under the umbrella of a new Canadian investment management subsidiary, GLC Asset Management Group Ltd. These divisions included GWL Investment Management, London Capital Management and Laketon Investment Management. In 2012, Portico was founded as GLC's fixed income investment management division.
