Mr. Michael Hoffenberg is Vice President-Investor Relations & Originations at Madison Realty Capital.
He is responsible for marketing the Fund to institutional investors, investor relations and originations.
Prior to joining Madison in 2007, Mr. Hoffenberg worked at Guardhill Financial, a residential mortgage banking and brokerage firm, as an analyst and loan originator.
Mr. Hoffenberg graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate in 2005 and graduated from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University with a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance in 2010.
