From there, he built two manufacturing plants in Mexico and staffed critical leadership roles.
This led him to Detroit, the heart of the US automotive industry, where he pioneered a diverse team for JOYSONQUIN.
Michael introduced the start-up ecosystem into his company, using it to drive innovation and productivity.
This connected him with the Michigan and Silicon Valley start-up and angel community.
He is a passionate investor and mentor to several US and European start-ups and believes that the start-up ecosystem is the future success of each economy.
