Micheal E. Cristal

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was founded in 1914 by Leonard F. Morse, Charles I. Brown, and A. Langston Taylor at Howard University in Washington, D.C. The founders aimed to create a fraternity that embodied brotherhood, scholarship, and service. Phi Beta Sigma has since grown into an international organization with over 800 chapters worldwide. The fraternity has established several entities, including the PBS Impact Foundation, the Phi Beta Sigma Federal Credit Union, and the Sigma Beta Club Foundation. Phi Beta Sigma's programs include Bigger and Better Business, Social Action, Education, and Sigma Beta Club, a youth mentorship program. The fraternity collaborates with strategic partners to deliver transformative experiences to its members and the community.
