Ms. Nan Molofsky is Senior Vice President at City Investment Partners LLC.

She monitors the investments and works closely with CIF's operating partners to aid them in executing the business plan for each asset.

Prior to joining CIF, Ms. Molofsky was Executive Director, Global Corporate Real Estate at Morgan Stanley.
She joined Morgan Stanley in 1994.
At Morgan Stanley, she was responsible for overseeing the firm's global corporate real estate portfolio consisting of in excess of 7 million square feet in 28 countries.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Molofsky was a lawyer in private practice where she represented developers, lenders and commercial users of real property.
Ms. Molofsky received a BS from Cornell University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
