Schweizerische Mobiliar Asset Management AG (Schweizerische Mobiliar AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding AG, itself a subsidiary of Schweizerische Mobiliar Genossenschaft AG in Switzerland. Established in 1826, the firm is based in Berne and has a network of real estate partners throughout Switzerland. They operate as an independent fund management firm, providing the Group’s institutional asset and pension fund management, as well as managing the MobiFonds range of funds for individual and institutional investors.

Interkantonaler Rückversicherungsverband IRV (IRV) is an independent Swiss-based insurance firm which was established in 1910. Headquartered in Bern, IRV is the competence and service center for Cantonal insurance establishments (KGV) for all Swiss and international reinsurance activities. They limit their activities to cover fire and damage due to natural disasters.
