Phillip L. Williams

Mr. Williams is a Director of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, since 2008.
Previously, he was with The Times Mirror Co., a member of its Board of Directors from 1986 to 1993.
He was named as Vice Chairman early in 1987, after serving as Executive Vice President.
He is Chairman of the UCLA School of Medicine Board of Visitors and a member of the Advisory Committee to the Director of the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
He is Director and President of the Foundation of the Los Angeles County Children's Planning Council, and a Chairman of Just For The Kids, California, the state-wide affiliate of the National Center For Educational Accountability in Austin, Texas.
He is Chairman of Acme Network for distance teaching and learning of the arts, math, science, and language, through both on-air television and the Internet.
Mr. Williams received a BA in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
