Before joining ICAP in1976, Mr. Lyon worked at the First National Bank of Chicago as a strategist and economist.
In 1981, he joined Fred Alger Management in New York as an investment analyst and executive vice president.
In 1988, he returned to ICAP and initially served as director of research before becoming the president and chief investment officer in 1992.
Mr. Lyon earned a B.A.
in economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A.
from the Wharton School of Finance.
