Mr. Fletcher joined Trelys in March 2002.
With a degree in electrical engineering from Clemson and a masters in business administration from Harvard Business School, Mr. Fletcher brings a diversity of knowledge to Trelys.
His work experiences include large public companies and small startups, high tech and manufacturing, product development and business development.
Mr. Fletcher began his career in his hometown of Hartsville, SC, at packaging giant Sonoco, where he served in corporate engineering.
He went on to serve in operations at one of the company's British manufacturing plants and in business development in Boston.
At a startup in Washington state, he helped lead the development of a robotics design firm.
At Mynd in Columbia, SC, he served as Assistant to the CEO, working in all areas of corporate development and assisting in the ultimate sale of the company to CSC.
Following the sale of Mynd, Mr. Fletcher joined BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, also in Columbia, working in corporate planning and technology licensing.
