Janus Henderson Investors (Singapore) Ltd. (JHI-Singapore) is the fund management subsidiary of Janus Henderson UK (Holdings) Ltd., ultimately held by Janus Henderson Group Plc (LON: 0RPW; NYSE: JHG) in Great Britain. Headquartered in Singapore, JHI-Singapore was founded in 1995 as JGH's main asset management arm for Asia-Pacific investments, serving as regional hub for managing and monitoring local investment opportunities and attracting new funds from the region for management.

Janus Henderson Investors (Japan) Ltd. (Janus Henderson Japan) is the Japanese subsidiary of Gartmore Investment Ltd., ultimately held by Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE: JHG) in Great Britain. Originally established in 1996 as NCG Investment Trust Management, the firm subsequently became Henderson Global Investors (Japan). In 2011, Henderson acquired Gartmore Group and merged the Gartmore business, originally established in 1984, into Henderson Global Investors. Located in Tokyo, the firm manages funds and investment trusts for a range of clients including institutions, high-net worth individuals and retail investors.
