Stephanie Lau-Chen

Stephanie is the Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for leading all of the strategic and tactical people initiatives within Hercules.
With over 20 years of experience partnering with the business as an HR Business Partner, Compensation Specialist, and HR Consultant, Stephanie brings to Hercules breadth and depth in all areas of HR for a variety of industries such as High Tech, Professional Services, and Biotech.
Her focus is on developing HR practices that support an employee-oriented, high-performing, collaborative, and proactive culture.
Most recently, she served as the Head of HR for Fujitsu Electronics America, Inc. Other experiences include HR roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and at Nortel Networks.
Stephanie holds a B.A.
from the University of California, Davis in Economics and Psychology.
She is has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification awarded by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
