Stephen A. Feldman

From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Feldman served as chief financial officer of Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN), an operator of specialty retail stores, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale operations.
From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Feldman was executive vice president and chief financial officer for One Price Clothing Stores, Inc., a 730-store off-price apparel retailer with $350 million in revenues.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Feldman was the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Bradlees, Inc., a regional discount department store chain with $2 billion in revenues.
From 1980 to 1992, Mr. Feldman was the vice president and treasurer of Hills Department Stores, Inc., a discount department store chain with 214 stores.
Prior to Hills Department Stores, Inc., Mr. Feldman was an audit manager for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Feldman earned his MBA from Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College and his AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.
