Schroder Investment Management Australia Ltd. (SIMAL) is the wholly-owned Australian investment management subsidiary of Schroder Australia Holdings Pty Ltd., ultimately held by Schroders Plc (LON: SDR, ADR: SHNWY) in Great Britain. The firm was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Sydney. SIMAL manages assets for institutional and wholesale clients across Australian equities, fixed income and multi-asset and global equities.

Sigma Funds Management Pyt Ltd. provides investment advisory services. It offers Sigma Select Equities Fund which provides exposure to a focused portfolio from the broader equity market while also offering downside protection through a flexible cash weighting; Sigma Emerging Companies Fund which provides exposure to the smaller companies listed on the Australian Share market, and Sigma Australian Shares Fund which provides exposure to the blue chip end of the Australian Share market. The company was founded by Stephen Giubin, Richard Kornman, Heath Behncke, Issam Eid, Michael Jenneke, and Rajeev Desilva in August 2009 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

Credit Suisse Asset Management (Australia) Ltd. (CSAM-A) is the Sydney-based wholly-owned Australian asset management arm of Credit Suisse Asset Management Group (CSAM), a subsidiary of Zurich-based Credit Suisse Group (VX: CSGN). CSGN is the result of the restructuring of CS Holding in 1997, while CSAM is the result of the consolidation of all asset management functions of CSGN and the merger of the 17 boutique asset managers formerly belonging to CS Holding. In 2006 CSAM fully integrated their banking business, which now operates under a single Credit Suisse brand. As a result the brand name Credit Suisse Asset management is no longer in use.
