Between 1986 and 1999, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and Tokyo where his duties included bond trading, management and futures sales.
Mr. Koomar earned Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
