Gough was appointed a Staff Member of Integral Systems, Inc. in January 1984 and a Director in March 1996.
He has been President of Integral Systems since June 1992.
Mr. Gough was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Integral Systems and Chief Operating Officer from June 1992 to August 2005.
He worked at the Software Systems Division of Business and Technological Systems, Inc. and was a Programmer Analyst and Section Manager of Computer Sciences Corporation from 1972 to 1977.
Mr. Gough received a BS degree from the University of Maryland.
