Todd A. Springer

Mr. Springer joined Trident Capital in 1996 as a Principal and has been a Managing Director since 1998.
From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Springer was an Associate in Corporate Finance with Jefferies & Company.
From 1990 to 1992, he was an Associate with Kendall Capital Partners, a private investment bank.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Springer was a Financial Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Mr. Springer currently serves on the boards of Infotrieve, Inc., UltraLink, Inc. and XaCCT Technologies, Ltd.
He is a Board Observer to BlueStar Solutions, Inc., CBCA, Inc. and Outsource Partners International.
He is also Chairman of the Investor Committee of the Southern California Venture Forum.
Mr. Springer previously served on the boards of Aptegrity, Inc., Newgen Results Corporation (NWGN).
He also was a Board Observer to Pegasus Systems, Inc. (PEGS), RezSolutions, Inc. and U.S.
Interactive, Inc. (USIT).
