Wayne LeRoux

Wayne LeRoux was a Director of Health Systems Solutions, Inc. from June 2006 to April 30, 2008.
He was Executive Vice President of Chase Paymentech Solutions LLC from March 1998 to April 2006.
Mr. LeRoux was President and Chairman of TransNet from October 1987 to October 1992 and President of LeRoux, Pitts and Associates from 1978 to 1992.
Prior to his positions with TransNet and LeRoux, he held a variety of positions with IBM Canada.
Mr. LeRoux received a Diploma of Technology from British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver, British Columbia.
