Arthur Palisoc is currently the Vice President & Director-Engineering at L'Garde, Inc. and a Lecturer at the University of California, Irvine.
In 1992-1993, he worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The California State University.
Dr. Palisoc received his undergraduate degree from the University of Ateneo de Manila in 1976, his graduate degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1986, and his doctorate degree from the same university in 1988.

Arthur Javadyan is currently the Chairman of ACRA Credit Reporting CJSC, Chairman of Central Bank of Armenia, and a Member-Governors Board of Black Sea Trade & Development Bank.

Arthur Liao is currently the Treasurer, Chief Financial & Accounting Officer at Blackstone Alternative Alpha Fund since 2012.
Prior to this, he was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, Inc. from 2016 to 2021.
Mr. Liao received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.
