Headquartered in Singapore, the firm was founded in 2007 as Manulife Asset Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd. and rebranded their name into Manulife Investment Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd. in 2019. MIM-SG is the hub for wealth management in Asia which provides comprehensive asset management solutions for pension plans, foundations, endowments, financial institutions and other institutional investors worldwide, as well as for Manulife and John Hancock’s wealth management and retirement products.

DWS Investments Singapore Ltd. (DWS-SG) is the Singapore-based asset management subsidiary of Deutsche Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd., ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (ETR: DBK; NYSE: DB), a multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. The firm was founded in 1987 and was formerly known as Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. They changed their name into DWS Investments Singapore Ltd. in 2019. DWS-SG offers investment management services to individuals and institutional clients throughout Asia, and distributes a range of investment products managed within the parent group. The Singapore office is the center of excellence for all Asian investment operations outside Japan and manages Asian investments (excluding Japan) for a worldwide clientele. They also manage Singapore-domiciled unit trusts.
