He is on the boards of directors of Dakota Imaging, VCMG, Inc., CTRL Systems, Inc., Alfresh Beverages Canada, LLC, Alfresh Foods, Inc., ASC, and NutraCycle, LLC.
In addition, he is a Financial Principal with the NASD.
Also, he and his wife are active owners of a Winston Cup Level NASCAR race team, BAM Racing.
Mr. Morgenthau attended Westminster College, Fulton, MO, where he received a BA.
