Ben Brahinsky

Mr. Brahinsky joined Republic in September of 2005 as Senior Director of the Special Assets Group and is responsible for originating and underwriting transactions.
Mr. Brahinsky came to Republic Financial with nearly 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, ownership transfer and business evaluations.
From 1988 to 2005, Mr. Brahinsky was a Principal at FMI Corporation, a construction industry management consulting and investment banking firm, where he specialized in representing both buyers and sellers, and structuring internal transactions.
With an in-depth knowledge of the tax, financial and managerial issues involved, Mr. Brahinsky brings a unique perspective to evaluating investment opportunities.
Mr. Brahinsky has been involved in more than 100 transactions with firms having over $20 billion in revenue.
Mr. Brahinsky graduated with a B.A.
in Geography and Economics, Magna Cum Laude, and an M.B.A., both from the University of Denver.
Mr. Brahinsky was a National Director of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), having been a member since 1995.
