Mr. Brad Strader joined Google Ventures in 2011 as a Recruiting Partner, and helps our portfolio companies find and hire the right talent.
Mr. Strader graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Biochemistry and worked in science for six years before relocating to San Francisco and making the switch to recruiting.
Prior to joining Google in 2004, he recruited for multiple startups along with companies like Macromedia and Charles Schwab.
