Briana Succop

Ms. Succop joined Covenant in November 2010.
Previously, she was with The Townsend Group as an Assistant Portfolio Manager where she developed and implemented fund of fund portfolio strategies comprised of high net worth and small institutional capital from 2007 to 2010.
From 2003 to 2007, she worked at KeyBank in a variety of roles, the last of which was in the real estate private equity group as an Associate underwriting transactions and assisting with investor relations for a mezzanine real estate private equity fund.
Ms. Succop holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and economics from Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College in 2003 and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Development and Real Estate Finance from Cleveland State University (2008).
