Charles Scott

Mr. Charles Scott is a Director at Intel Capital Corp.
He is on the Board of Directors at Vitae Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Scott joined Intel in 1997, and has held a variety of management positions, including running International business development and marketing in the Enterprise Products Group, serving as chief of staff to the General Manage of Intel's Mobile Products Group, and managing Intel's worldwide' strategic engagement with General Electric and NASDAQ.

Prior to joining Intel, Mr. Scott worked in New York City at the U.S.
Council for International Business, where he represented U.S.

He evaluates a broad range of deals in the enterprise software segment and serves as Intel's board observer at Vitae Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Scott has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters degree from the Fletcher School.
He speaks German and Japanese.
