Martin Currie Investment Management Ltd. (MCIM) is the Great Britain-based investment management subsidiary of Martin Currie Ltd., ultimately held by Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) in the US. The firm was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Edinburgh. MCIM performs investment management, dealing, investment support, sales and marketing and platform functions for the Martin Currie group. The firm manages active-equity portfolios for a global client base of financial institutions, charities, foundations, endowments, pension funds, family offices, government agencies and investment funds.

SW1 Investors Ltd. (SW1) is the wholly-owned alternative investment subsidiary of Great Britain-based SW1 Capital LP, an integrated asset management business providing a range of investment solutions, including hedge funds and private equity investments. Formerly known as PCE Investors Ltd., the firm was established in 1997 as Pacific Chartered (Europe) Ltd. and changed their name in 2003 to PCE Investors Ltd. They are based in London and aim to realize investor value through a range of strategies and funds across asset classes and geographies.
