Ciccolini is Vice President of Business Development for SEI-CCS LLC.
Prior to joining SEI-CCS in 2000, he was Vice President of Strategic Accounts for McDonald's Corp.
from 2005 to 2006.
Previously, Mr. Ciccolini held technology and product development leadership positions at Mantisson Ltd.
and CAEL.
Prior to his current position, he was Vice President of Strategy and Service Development for SEI-CCS.
He was appointed as Managing Director of Global Call Center Operations for SEI-CCS in 2003.
Mr. Ciccolini has 17 years of experience in the information technology and support services sectors.
