Claire Hogg

Claire Hogg is an Operating Vice President and part of General Atlantic’s Human Capital Group.
She provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies in EMEA with a focus on Talent and Human Capital.
Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Claire was a Director at The Up Group, a leading European digital executive search, networking and advisory firm.
Prior to that, she was a Consultant at Bright Young Things, focusing on executive hires in the consumer and technology sectors.
She received her undergraduate degree from Robinson College.
