Claudia Scott Welty is Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Support of ALLETE, Inc., which she joined in 1979.
Previously, she had been Organizational Development Consultant of ALLETE and Co-Leader of an Organizational Development Team since 1989, Director of Technical Support Services since 1994, Vice President of Support Services for Minnesota Power since 1995, Vice President of Information Technology since 1999 and Vice President of Strategy and Technology Development in 2002.
