Mr. Terheggen was the co-founder and has been the Chief Executive Officer of BHPC Global Licensing, Inc., an international licensing and marketing firm, since April 1990.
Mr. Terheggen has also been the owner of Consolidated Smart Systems, a provider of ancillary services to the multi-housing market throughout California, since June 1973.
