He joined Lipworth Capital as a Partner in 2004.
He worked in investment banking since 1986 at Lazard (1986-1994), where he worked on a wide variety of transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions and equity issuance; and at JPMorgan (1994-2003) where he was a Managing Director.
At JPMorgan, he worked on many of the firm's largest advisory assignments, including the merger of Lloyds Bank and TSB, the defence of Forte from a hostile bid by Granada, TRW's offer for Lucas Varity and the acquisition of Sedgwick by Marsh Maclellan.
His clients included a number of US companies, including TRW, Marsh Maclellan and Heinz.
His responsibilities at JPMorgan also included debt capital markets transactions for both corporate and private equity clients.
