Danny Chung

Mr. Danny Chung, Managing Director, joined Zero2IPO in December 2005, he is also the COO of the group.
Mr. Chung helped establish Authosis Ventures in April 2000.
He was the Senior Vice President of Investment with oversight of investment evaluation, risk management and control functions of the Group.
Before joining Authosis, Mr. Chung served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at American Pacific Technology Group (APTG), a venture capital group with investments in the Silicon Valley, China/Hong Kong and other Asian countries.
APTG has invested more than 20 Silicon Valley based startups specializing in IC design, wireless and broadband technologies, and e-Commerce solutions.
While at APTG, he gained solid experience in the investment process and in the operation of a venture capital business.
Prior to APTG, Mr. Chung was Group Treasury Manager of Legend Group (now known as Lenovo), the dominant PC manufacturer in China and a listed company in Hong Kong.
His duties included negotiating banking facilities, cash flow and treasury management, formulating and monitoring credit policy, insurance arrangements, and working on matters relating to stock market listings, legal issues, trademarks and patents, and statutory requirements.
Mr. Chung is an associate member of the Canadian Chartered Institute of Finance and Accountancy.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in financial management.
