Young is a Portfolio Manager at Seizert Capital Partners LLC.
He joined the firm as an Investment Analyst in July 2014 and became Portfolio Manager in June 2016.
He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the student-managed investment fund of the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
Prior to joining Seizert Capital Partners, Mr. Young was a Portfolio Manager at the Cayuga Fund and Co-President of the Investment Management Club, during business school.
Before school, he worked in investment banking and performed business valuations at Duff & Phelps and Ernst & Young/EY Capital Advisors in Novi and Detroit, MI respectively.
He received his Masters in Business Administration from The Johnson School at Cornell University with a concentration in Capital Markets and Asset Management.
He also received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University with an emphasis in Finance.
