David Allen

David Allen is a Director of Vita Food Products, Inc. and Managing Partner of Lake Pointe Partners LLC.
Mr. Allen has been President and a Director of the Indiana University Business School Alumni Association.
He is an Active Member of the Turnaround Management Association.
Mr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in working with underperforming companies in the consumer products industry.
Prior to joining Lake Pointe Partners, he was a Partner at several nationally recognized turnaround management firms.
He began his career in the tax department at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Allen held various management positions at Sara Lee Corp.
He was a Director and President of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals.
He received a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA from Indiana University.
