Mr. Fuchs is the managing partner of B&P Management, a financial strategy advisory firm to private and public companies including Chinese and Israeli companies planning to enter the Chinese market.
Mr. Fuchs is a former senior investment banker with over 30 years of experience in financing of international and domestic companies and was also the founder and chief investment officer of a hedge fund focus on PIPE transactions.
Mr. Fuchs currently serves as member of the board of two private companies.
Mr. Fuchs holds a B.S.
degree in engineering and an M.S.
degree in management both from Columbia University and completed course work for PhD in Finance at New York University Stern School of Business.
