David John Starker

Mr. David J.
Starker is a Managing Director at JPMorgan Securities LLC.
He is also a Financial Advisor at the firm.
Mr. Starker is an experienced investor and has over 30 years of experience.
He customizes strategies to suit the needs, risk profile and personality of the clients.
Prior to joining the firm, his career started in the Private Wealth Management Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1986.
He was one of the youngest members of DBL’s President’s Council and achieved the Quantum Portfolio Manager designation.
His time at Drexel Burnham was integral to his interest and expertise in all areas of fixed income.
Later in his career, Mr. Starker joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager.
As a Director at Credit-Suisse (2006-2014), he was a member of an elite group with an approved strategy on the firm’s Discretionary Managed Portfolio platform.
Mr. Starker graduated with a B.S.
in Economics from State University of New York at Albany.
He holds the General Securities Series 7 license, the Series 3 Commodities license, and Series 65 Investment Advisor Representatives license.
