Mr. Lane joined Cerberus in 2018 and is a Managing Director of Cerberus European Capital Advisors based in London.
Mr. Lane is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate as well as loan portfolio transactions across Europe.
Mr. Lane brings more than 18 years of global financial service and real estate experience to the firm.
Prior to joining Cerberus, he was a Partner at Deloitte LLP in the Portfolio Lead Advisory Services practice.
In his role, he advised major financial institutions and international private equity companies on non-performing loans and distressed real estate across Europe.
From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lane was an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young in it the Real Estate Corporate Finance division.
Prior to that, he spent six years at real estate investment firm Signature Capital and began his career at Investec Bank in the Real Estate Finance Group.
Mr. Lane graduated from the University College Dublin and received a Post Graduate Diploma from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
