Mr. Brooks has accumulated more than nine years of investment experience with an emphasis on the fixed income markets.
Prior to the formation of Rockwood Capital, he spent nearly three years with Boatmen's Trust Company where he served as a senior portfolio manager and a member of the firm's fixed income strategy team.
At Boatmen's, he specialized primarily in the management of money market funds, structured products, enhanced cash and short-duration portfolios.
Previously, he spent more than five years with the fixed income division of Fidelity Management and Research in Dallas.
Mr. Brooks earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma as well as an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the St. Louis Society of Financial Analysts.
