Deborah A. Phillips

Ms. Deborah A.
Phillips is Chief Administrative Officer at Priority Health Managed Benefits, Inc. Previously she worked in Kansas City as the human resource officer for a multi-bank holding company.
She has a long-standing commitment to diversity and serves on committees for several organizations in support of these efforts.
Ms. Phillips also serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Resource Center and the Consumer Advisory Board of Delta Dental.
She is actively involved with United Way.
Ms. Phillips earned graduate degree from Davenport College, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
