Flint Energy Services Ltd. provides an integrated upstream and midstream construction and production services to the energy and resource industries. The Maintenance Services segment provides oil and gas production and maintenance, construction, logistical oilfield services, asset management and project management services to the North American energy sector. It also provides engineering, construction and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world. The company was founded on April 9, 1998 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
