Deltcheva, CFA, is a Fund Manager at F&C Asset Managers Ltd.
She joined F&C from ING Investment Management based in the Netherlands where she has initially worked as a Fixed Income Quantitative Analyst, becoming a Portfolio Manager in the Global Emerging Market Debt team in 2006.
At ING, she has co-managed approximately $16 billion of emerging debt assets across a diverse range of institutional mandates and fund products.
Ms. Deltcheva graduated with a double BA in Political Science/International Relations and Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria, and an MSc in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.
