Donald R. Morken

Mr. Donald R.
Morken is President at Genesee Investments LLC and Chairman-Investment Committee at Pacific Lutheran University.
Prior to his role with EPP, from 1962 to 1963, Mr. Morken was on the Seattle audit staff of Haskins & Sells.
From 1963 to 1970, he worked for the investment firm Foster & Marshall where he served as the manager of the bond department.
In 1970, he and others formed a new investment firm, Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation, engaged in municipal bond underwriting, trading and consulting, and U.S.
Government securities trading.
He was president of that firm from 1972 to 1982.
In 1982, he sold his majority interest in Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation and has since devoted his full time to managing the assets of the Genesee investment entities.
Mr. Morken graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1960 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
In 1962, Mr. Morken earned an MBA degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York.
Mr. Morken has served as a member of Pacific Lutheran University's Board of Regents since 1989, and he currently serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee.
In 1996, he received Pacific Lutheran University's Distinguished Alumnus Award.
