"KIP" RICHARDS Mr. Richards has more than 40 years of management and operations experience with privately and publicly owned enterprises involved in real estate, transportation, manufacturing and distribution.
Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sooner Inc., a global distributor of tubular products with operations in the United States, Europe and Africa.
Mr. Richards was previously responsible for the operations of businesses in light manufacturing and oil purchasing, transportation and reselling.
He also has served as a Principal and Managing Director of a commercial real estate company comprising both developed shopping centers and undeveloped property.
He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
