During his tenure at IGRI he has been involved in the acquisition of value add assets and land in excess of $85M, and development projects with build out value in excess of $65M.
Prior to joining IG Realty, Mr. Bowen spent over five years at CB Richard Ellis where he specialized in land/building transactions, design/build projects and leasing opportunities in excess of $100 million throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Mr. Bowen attended the University of Ottawa for his Bachelor of Arts studies.
