Elisheba Stallworth

As Corporate Development Principal, Elisheba is focused on Acquisitions, Divestitures and USAA's Corporate Venture Capital portfolio.
Before joining USAA in 2022, Elisheba spent nearly a decade in Strategy & Corporate Development at Southwest Gas (Las Vegas, NV).
Her responsibilities in this role included M&A, valuations, due diligence, post-acquisition transition/integration management support, strategic transactions preparation, and investor relations.
She supported a large acquisition by Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. in 2021 (US$1.975 billion TEV).
She was also responsible for supporting the Company Owned Life Insurance (COLI) program.
Prior to joining Southwest Gas in 2010, she spent more than a decade at DTE Energy (Detroit, MI).
Elisheba likes to contribute toward non-profit organizations that care for children's needs in her community.
Both of her grandfathers served in the U.S.
Army.
