Emily Chen

Ms. Chen has extensive experience in finance, banking, marketing and investing.
With many years of investment experience at CDIB, including six years in the U.S.
market, she is skilled at evaluating corporate prospects and the viability of projects, making company valuations, critiquing management team capabilities and structuring deals.
While at CDIB, she participated in many high profile projects including investments in Acer, Ritek and TI-Acer, etc.
Prior to CDIB, she had many years of experience in various international positions and in different industries.
Ms. Chen holds an M.A.
in International Management Studies from the University of Texas and a B.A.
in Economics from the National Taiwan University.
