Formerly known as Humanis Gestion d'Actifs SA, the firm was founded in 2013 and changed their name to Malakoff Humanis Gestion d'Actifs SA in 2019. They rebranded as Sienna Gestion SA after the acquisition of Sienna Investment Managers SA (previously Sienna Capital SARL) in 2022. The firm is ultimately owned by Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA (EBR: GBLB) in Belgium. Sienna Gestion offers multi-asset investment solutions aimed at promoting investment with an environmental impact and with social impact for private and institutional investors. The firm is a signatory of the United Nation’s Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).

Inter Expansion SA is the investment management subsidiary of Humanis, created in 2001 when Aprionis and Vauban-Humanis merged. Inter Expansion is an employee savings scheme specialist, and also manages an extensive range of mutual funds as well as institutional portfolios and unit trusts with a vocational orientation. They manage pension funds, provident funds, employee savings funds, and various types of individual savings funds. The firm originated in 1969 within Ionis (formerly known as CRI-Caisse de Retraite Interprofessionnelle) and is based in Paris. In 2004 the firm merged with their fellow subsidiary Inter Investissements, specialized in discretionary management.
