Frank Kolimago

Mr. Francis A.
Kolimago is a Principal & Head of Global Talent Management at Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd.
He is on the Board of Directors at Financial Services Council.
Since joining Vanguard, he has served in a variety of roles including working in the Institutional Investor Group as a principal in Malvern, Pennsylvania and Scottsdale, Arizona, and leading the teams that support institutional retirement plan clients across a variety of segments.
In 2000, he moved to Japan to assist in establishing and managing Vanguard's Tokyo office, and in 2013, he headed up the combined Shared Services and Defined Benefit Services Group within Vanguard Institutional Investor Group.
He was principal and head of Vanguard Personal Advisor Services in the United States, which provides Vanguard clients with ongoing asset management and investment advice consultations with Certified Financial Planner professionals.
Before joining Vanguard, he was a vice president in the corporate banking division of PNC Bank, N.A.
Mr. Kolimago earned a B.S.
in finance from Saint Joseph's University and an M.B.A.
from Villanova University, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
