Frank Kozak

Mr. Frank Kozak is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors.
He is responsible for the office, industrial and retail assets of the firm in various regions and under different strategies.
He has over 32 years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining American Realty Advisors, Mr. Kozak was a Vice President, Portfolio Management at RFR Realty where he was responsible for the oversight and performance for a portfolio of seven Class A CBD office properties totaling 1.8 million square feet with an estimated value of $650 million with annual operating expense budget of $35 million, including direct oversight of a staff of eight on the management team.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Leasing at The Ashford Company.
He earned a B.S.
degree from Marist College.
